Working for a well-known developer in an area of Sheffield known as “rock hill”, we undertook all the works to top of slab level for an apartment complex boasting 131 apartments, including installing over 226nr x 450mm diameter piles into rock, large pile caps, a fully validated gas membrane with warranties provided, all structural waterproofing and structural slabs, drainage and services. A very challenging project by anybody’s standards.
