Acting as main contractor, KDS undertook a large design and build opportunity with a very tight schedule as a turn key project. Due to equipment being delivered on a set date, it was a necessity for part of the project to be completed on time. In just a few short months we managed to get the project to a point where machinery could be delivered and installed. Processes included reinforced concrete retaining walls, concrete slabs, steelwork, cladding, M&E package, drainage, building services and re-development of the external yard.

We then continuously worked around the equipment in sensitive areas in order to deliver the first phase of this project. We are currently in the design process for the second phase and look forward to starting this in the very near future.
